What’s the experience like?

The first thing I noticed was the sign with my name — not printed, just scribbled in blue marker, but honestly it felt like a relief after that long flight into Singapore Changi. Maybe he was right.

It’s not flashy or fancy, but it’s solid: just you, your bags (one big suitcase plus a backpack fit fine), and someone who waits even if you’re delayed at immigration. I still think about that little moment of peace before the city rush began.
