What’s the experience like?

We’d barely cleared customs at Cancun Airport when I spotted my name on a little sign — not printed, just scribbled in marker, which honestly made it feel more real. The drive itself was maybe 25 minutes to our hotel zone place — no detours, no random stops to pick up strangers like you get with shared shuttles. Just us and our bags rolling quietly through early evening light. I caught a whiff of sunscreen from someone’s bag and realized how close we were to finally starting vacation mode for real. Looking back, that smooth start set the tone for everything else. Funny how much difference a simple ride can make.
